What we process

Votes are tied to one-way, purpose-specific hashes of device, network, and browser signals; raw IP addresses and device values are not stored in the vote records. Turnstile helps detect automated abuse. Founders who submit or buy an entry use Clerk for accounts and Whop for checkout; Pitch Arena does not store card details. AI matching receives product positioning context, not founder identity or payment data.

Analytics and retention

Optional PostHog analytics uses a small allowlist of aggregate events. It does not receive email, pitch text, raw IPs, cookies, payment payloads, or secrets, and we honor Do Not Track where the browser exposes it. Vote attempts and operational records are retained only as long as needed for integrity, reporting, legal, and support purposes, then removed or anonymized under the deployment retention policy.
